When you submit an inquiry through the project-desk form, we collect the contact information, company context, and project details you choose to share. When you browse the site, we collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and referrer.
We use submitted information only to respond to your inquiry and to route your project to the correct Leviton specification or project-desk team. Server logs are used for operational diagnostics and abuse prevention.
We use aggregated site analytics to understand which product and application pages help visitors most. Analytics data is not used to profile individual visitors for advertising.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with regional service partners when your inquiry requires local project support. We may also disclose data if required by law.
Inquiry records are kept for the duration of the active project and for a reasonable follow-up window, then archived or deleted per Leviton data retention policy.
